We spend 8 hours at work, we also spend the same amount of time sleeping. This was a big decision.
My husband and I have had spring beds and memory foam but we decided that it was time for a change. We looked into getting a Purple bed because of the advertisements that we had seen. If you haven’t seen them yet, their claim is that you can put a raw egg on their mattress and sit on it and it won’t crack. We weren’t silly enough to do this but did some research on their technology. Yes, they have technology in their beds! After a year of researching and deciding, we knew it was time to get a Purple bed and if we didn’t like it, we can return it after 100 days! You can’t beat that. We opted for the Purple Hybrid 3’ King size bed since our bed frame was king size. I will have to say, it was expensive. It was almost $2,700 but we knew that if we wanted to invest in great sleep, this would be a great one. It came with bamboo sheets and a purple chair seat for free!
The First Night
I don’t know if I was just tired or exhausted but this bed felt magical. It didn’t even feel like a bed, it felt like clouds! That was one of the best night of sleep I have ever had, no exaggeration. My husband and I actually slept in the same position the whole night! We didn’t wake up with pain in our side or any hot temperatures. It was amazing.
45 Days In
I have to say that this bed is the best investment that we have ever made. We are keeping the bed and we are so glad that we made the change to a Purple bed. We don’t have hot spots on the bed anymore from laying in one spot for too long. We don’t get muscle aches from pressure from the bed when we sleep on our sides. This bed has seriously changed our lives. I am able to get more sleep and fall asleep faster because there is no pressure from the laying on the bed. Some nights, I do stay awake a bit but before I know it, I’m already asleep!
Being pregnant, I was worried that I wasn’t going to get enough sleep but this bed seriously made my pregnancy so much easier and I was able to get more than enough sleep. I honestly have nothing bad to say about this bed. They also came with bamboo bed sheets and pillow cases and I have to say, that was also wonderful as they are cooler and do not get hot like cotton sheets. I am a believe of Purple beds and I will never look back!
They also have a 10 year warranty, I mean, it doesn’t get any better than this. They really do stand behind their products and I do too. I am made a believer for Purple beds. Do your research as we did and decide if this will be a good move for you/your family.
